sns-company-upload（以下「本アプリ」）は、YouTube API サービスを利用しています。本アプリを利用することにより、利用者は YouTube 利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms）に従うことに同意したものとします。YouTube API サービスを通じて扱われる情報には、Google プライバシーポリシー（http://www.google.com/policies/privacy）も適用されます。
本アプリは、このポリシーへの同意を前提とします。
1. 利用者
本アプリの利用者は運営者（チャンネルの持ち主）だけです。一般の方には提供していません。
2. 扱うデータ
本アプリが扱うのは、運営者自身のチャンネルについての、次のデータだけです。
- アップロード: 運営者が用意した動画ファイルと、そのタイトル・説明文・タグ・カテゴリ・言語・公開設定（常に「非公開」）・子ども向けの設定・AI 利用の開示、埋め込みの可否・ライセンスの種類。指定した場合はサムネイル画像。これらは運営者の手元から YouTube へ送るもので、YouTube から受け取るデータではありません。
- 読み取り: 運営者のチャンネル ID、運営者のチャンネルの動画の一覧（動画 ID・タイトル・公開日・公開状態）、動画の設定（タイトル・説明文・タグ・カテゴリ・言語・子ども向けの設定・AI 利用の開示・有料プロモーションの有無など）と、統計・アナリティクスの数字（視聴回数・高評価・コメント数・共有数・視聴時間・視聴維持率・登録者の増減など）。
- Google の認証情報: Google が発行する許可の記録（アクセストークン・更新トークン）。
本アプリは、コメントの本文、視聴者の個人情報、収益額を取得しません。他人のチャンネル・動画の情報は、表示・保存・比較に使いません。
3. 第三者への提供
本アプリで扱うデータを、第三者に販売したり、譲渡したり、公開したりしません。
4. 許可の取り消し
利用者は、いつでも本アプリへの許可を取り消せます。
- Google のセキュリティ設定のページ（https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions ）で、本アプリへのアクセスを取り消す。
- 本アプリの取り消し機能（
--revoke）を使う。Google に取り消しを送り、手元の許可の記録を削除します。
どちらの方法でも、本アプリの許可（アップロード・読み取り）は両方とも無効になります。取り消しはアプリの許可を止めるもので、YouTube 上の動画は変更しません。
取り消されたあと、手元に残る許可の記録（トークン）を削除します（取得したデータは保存していません）。
- 本アプリの機能（
--revoke）で取り消した場合: 取り消しの操作の中で削除します。 - Google のセキュリティ設定で取り消した場合: 本アプリが次に動いたときに、直ちに削除します。あわせて、運営者が許可の状態を毎週確かめ、取り消しから30日以内に削除します。
5. 削除の求め
データの削除を求める場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。7日以内に削除します。
本アプリが保存したデータを削除しても、YouTube 上のデータ（動画・設定など）には影響しません。YouTube 上のデータを削除するには、YouTube（YouTube Studio）をお使いください。
6. 安全管理
トークンやクライアントの秘密鍵などの秘密情報は、画面や記録に表示せず、第三者に開示しません。
7. 改定
このポリシーを変える場合は、このページを更新し、制定日・改定日を記します。

sns-company-upload ("the App") uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Information handled through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
Use of the App is premised on your agreement to this Privacy Policy.
1. Users
The only user of the App is the operator (the channel owner). The App is not offered to the public.
2. Data we handle
The App handles only the following data about the operator's own channel.
- Upload: video files prepared by the operator and their title, description, tags, category, language, privacy setting (always "private"), made-for-kids setting, altered or synthetic content disclosure, whether embedding is allowed, and license type; and, when specified, a thumbnail image. These are sent from the operator to YouTube; they are not data received from YouTube.
- Read: the operator's channel ID, the list of videos on the operator's channel (video ID, title, publish date, privacy status), video settings (title, description, tags, category, language, made-for-kids setting, altered or synthetic content disclosure, paid product placement, etc.), and statistics and Analytics metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, watch time, audience retention, subscribers gained/lost, etc.).
- Google authorization credentials: access and refresh tokens issued by Google.
The App does not collect comment text, viewers' personal information, or revenue figures. Information about other people's channels or videos is not displayed, stored, or used for comparison.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, transfer, or disclose data handled by the App to any third party.
4. Revoking access
Users can revoke the App's access at any time:
- On the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions), remove the App's access.
- Use the App's revoke function (
--revoke). It sends a revocation request to Google and deletes the locally stored authorization.
Either method invalidates both of the App's authorizations (upload and read). Revoking stops the App's access; it does not change any videos on YouTube.
After access is revoked, the authorization record (tokens) remaining on the operator's computer is deleted (the App does not store retrieved data).
- If revoked with the App's revoke function (
--revoke): the tokens are deleted as part of the revocation. - If revoked on Google's security settings page: the tokens are deleted immediately the next time the App runs. In addition, the operator checks the authorization status every week, so the tokens are deleted within 30 days of revocation.
5. Deletion requests
To request deletion of data, please contact us at the address below. We will delete it within 7 days.
Deleting data stored by the App does not affect data stored by YouTube (such as videos and settings). To delete data stored by YouTube, please use YouTube (YouTube Studio).
6. Security
Secrets such as authorization tokens and the client secret are not shown on screen or in logs and are not disclosed to any third party.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and note the effective and revision dates.
