1. 対象
この規約は、sns-company-upload（以下「本アプリ」）の利用について定めます。
2. 利用できる人
本アプリは、運営者が自分の YouTube チャンネルを管理するための社内ツールです。利用者は運営者（チャンネルの持ち主）だけです。一般の方には提供していません。
3. 本アプリの機能
本アプリは、運営者のチャンネルに対して、次の2つだけを行います。
- 運営者が1本ずつ承認した動画を「非公開」でアップロードする（指定したときは、その動画のサムネイル画像を設定する）
- 運営者のチャンネルの動画の設定と数字を読み取る（読み取り専用）
動画の公開・更新・削除など、動画のアップロード（指定したときは、その動画のサムネイル画像の設定）以外の書き込みは行いません。
4. YouTube 利用規約と Google プライバシーポリシー
本アプリは YouTube API サービスを利用しています。本アプリを利用することにより、利用者は YouTube 利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms）に従うことに同意したものとします。データの扱いには、本アプリのプライバシーポリシー（https://yokai.tech-bah.com/privacy ）と Google プライバシーポリシー（http://www.google.com/policies/privacy）が適用されます。
5. 許可の取り消し
利用者は、Google のセキュリティ設定のページ（https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions ）、または本アプリの取り消し機能（--revoke）で、いつでも許可を取り消せます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
6. 変更・停止
運営者は、本アプリの内容やこの規約を変えたり、本アプリの利用をやめたりすることがあります。規約を変えるときは、このページを更新します。

1. Scope
These terms govern the use of sns-company-upload ("the App").
2. Who may use the App
The App is an internal tool for the operator to manage the operator's own YouTube channel. The only user is the operator (the channel owner). The App is not offered to the public.
3. What the App does
The App performs only the following two functions on the operator's channel:
- Upload videos that the operator has approved one by one, as private (and, when specified, set the thumbnail image of that video)
- Read the settings and metrics of the operator's videos (read-only)
It does not write anything to YouTube other than video uploads (and, when specified, setting the thumbnail image of that video); it does not publish, update, or delete videos.
4. YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy
The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Data handling is governed by the App's Privacy Policy (https://yokai.tech-bah.com/privacy) and the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
5. Revoking access
Users can revoke the App's access at any time on the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions) or with the App's revoke function (--revoke). See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Changes and discontinuation
The operator may change the App or these terms, or stop using the App. When these terms change, this page will be updated.
